FanBay is a creator subscription platform where members follow creators, unlock exclusive posts and pay creators in USDT/USDC. You can reach us any time at info@fanbay.xyz.

FanBay is strictly for adults. On your first visit we ask you to confirm you are 18 or older, and we store that confirmation in your browser so we do not ask again. Accounts found to belong to minors are removed.

Account data (email, username, display name, profile and cover images), content you publish, subscription and follow relationships, messages you send, and payment records you submit (transaction hash, confirmation link or screenshot, wallet network and amount). We do not take custody of funds or hold private keys.

Usage data: page visits, referrer, approximate session activity, profile and post view counts. This powers creator analytics and our internal admin panel.

We use strictly necessary cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in, to remember your age and cookie choices, and to attribute anonymous visit statistics. We do not run third-party advertising trackers. You can clear this data at any time in your browser settings.

To operate accounts and authentication, deliver subscription access after a creator or admin verifies your payment proof, enable messaging and tipping, provide analytics to creators about their own audience, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with the law.

Creators can see payment submissions and member access relating to their own page. Platform administrators can review payment records and account data for verification and support. We use infrastructure providers for hosting, database, storage and authentication. We do not sell personal data.

Data is retained while your account is active and for as long as needed for legal, accounting or dispute purposes. Access is protected by row-level security policies, private media storage and signed URLs.

You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data, and object to certain processing. Email info@fanbay.xyz and we will respond within 30 days.
